MLH-LLC Policies

To reserve your preferred date for a guided hunt or training, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required per person, $200 for bobcat hunts. Balance may be paid two weeks prior to the hunt with a personal check or paid on the day of the hunt with cash. Make deposits payable to Mike Huff and mail to: MPH-LLC, P.O. Box 3003, Allentown, PA 18106.

Deposits will be refunded in one of two circumstances. MPH-LLC feels weather conditions prevent a client the possibility of a successful hunt, other dates (if available) will be offered to reschedule the hunt. If alternative dates are not agreeable to client, the hunt deposit will be fully refunded. If MPH-LLC needs to cancel due to our injury, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, the hunt deposit will be returned if an alternative hunt dates (if available) are not agreeable to client.

All participants in MPH-LLC guided hunts, adventures, etc. must sign a liability release prior to the event to participate. For our safety and yours, we reserve the right to immediately terminate a hunt, training, etc. without refund if a client acts in any manner we feel is unsafe, violates laws, or is not conducive to a safe and successful experience.
